JOE HARDEN
Chief Executive Officer

Joe Harden has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Columbus Steel Castings since January of 2007. Prior to this position, Joe was President of Worthington Steel Company from 2003-2006. Joe spent 30 years at Buckeye Steel Castings, where he held numerous positions in Accounting, Sales and Management, including President from 1993 to 2002. He is a past Director and President of the Railway Supply Association and past Director of the Railway Progress Institute. A native of Parkersburg, WV, Joe earned his B.S. from Franklin University. He is currently a Trustee of Franklin University and a Trustee at the Community Shelter Board.

JEFF LAIRD
Vice President-Marketing & Sales

Jeff Laird is Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Columbus Steel Castings where he has served in this capacity since its inception in 2002. Prior to heading up sales and marketing at CSC, Jeff was Vice President of Sales at Buckeye Steel Castings for 9 years. Jeff started his career at Buckeye Steel Castings in 1974 where he held numerous sales and operational positions. Jeff was born and raised in Columbus, OH and is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

CRAIG HOLMAN
Vice President

Craig Holman is Vice President of Columbus Steel Castings, where he oversees Quality Assurance, Product Development & Testing, Environmental and External Affairs. Prior to this role, Craig served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Columbus Steel Castings from 2003-2007. Craig began his career at Buckeye Steel Castings in 1977. Over the next 20 years Craig served in numerous positions in metallurgy, quality and management prior to his promotion to General Manager at Worthington Precision Metals. Craig returned to Buckeye Steel Castings in 1998 where he remained with the organization until 2002. Craig earned his B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and his M.B.A. from Capital University. He is a registered engineer in the state of Ohio.

JACK DOWNES
Vice President-Engineering

Jack Downes is Vice President of Engineering at Columbus Steel Castings where he has served in this capacity since its inception in 2002. Prior to CSC, Jack served as Director of Engineering at Buckeye Steel Castings. In his 30 years at Buckeye Steel Castings, Jack held numerous positions in design, engineering and management. Jack holds a number of U.S. patents in the Railway field and is currently the senior member of both the Mechanical Committee of the Standard Coupler Manufacturers (MCSCM) and the Truck Manufacturers Engineers' Committee (TMEC). Jack earned his B.S.M.E. from the University of Dayton and his M.B.A. from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

BRUCE MILLIGAN
Vice President-Manufacturing

Bruce Milligan is Vice President of Manufacturing at Columbus Steel Castings where he oversees all plant operations including quality control, maintenance and facilities engineering. Bruce began his career as a contract engineer at National Steel until his transition to Buckeye Steel Castings in 1991. While at Buckeye Steel Castings, Bruce served in many capacities including welding engineer and Tech Manager. Bruce earned his B.S. in welding engineering from The Ohio State University and is a registered engineer in the state of Ohio. He resides in Pataskala, OH.
